Monologue

Inspiration,
can be anything,
anyone,
and come at
anytime.
It can flow
like water:
a ripple in
an ocean of
something bigger.
I have to write
it down. To keep
it all straight.

Being able to
analyze, being
able to see,
things that people
miss. Being able
to think,
of something
no one is able
to fathem. It's
not black or
white, I see.
I see the rainbow,
in between.

Expressing hidden emotions,
apologizing for something
you couldn't help.
That's what poetry does for
me. Remain a secret, an
anonymous tip. So, no one
truly knows me.
